There will also be a session where lifting will be covered and discussed in detail. Registration will be done via Facebook. Iowa State, Dordt Invite and NSIC Multi's

This weekend we have athletes traveling all over the area in search of great competition. The first thing up is the Iowa State meet this weekend where both the men and women Distance Medley relays will attempt to qualify for the national meet in Albuquerque, NM.  Both teams should clear the provisional mark but will they run fast enough to be among the top ten chosen at the end of the year?

Flotrack is posting coverage of all of the races this evening. Please visit their site to see all of the races today and tomorrow.
