This week we have taken some time to do some testing. Yesterday we tested our 30m fly, Standing Triple Jump and ran a timed 150m dash. I was pleased with how every one tested. We test the standing triple to see if our kids are acquiring the body awareness skills that we teach. The timed 150m should give me a good idea of how their sprint fitness is progressing.
