2009 NCAA Cross Country Championships

We're nearing one week from the final cross country competition of the year. The men have a goal of being in the top 15 and the women are looking to bring home some hardware with a top 4 finish. I've been on a top four team, albeit outdoor track, but I can attest to the great feeling that comes along with holding up that trophy at the end of the day.

So for the parents and those following I'm including meet information now so that you know where the course is, when the races are and just how far you've got to drive next week! I just did a quick check on google maps and I've come up with the number 782. Should take you between 11 and 12 hours to get there.

A modern 300-acre campus with room for growth, USI is located in southwestern Indiana on Highway 62 west of Evansville, a metropolitan area with a population of 280,000. Parking Information
 
Team Parking: The participating teams and individuals will park at the USI Cross Country Course on Broadway Avenue.

Fan and Volunteer Parking: Fans and championship volunteers will park in the USI campus parking lots. Shuttle buses will take fans and volunteers to the course. Consult the map below for parking.
